Ms. Hadia Ebrahimi is the Founder and Executive Director of KKCDO, where she leads the organization’s mission to empower women, youth, and marginalized communities through culturally rooted and inclusive development. With a deep understanding of Afghanistan’s social fabric, she has spearheaded programs across six provinces focused on gender equality, child protection, peacebuilding, education, and cultural heritage. Under her guidance, KKCDO has built a strong volunteer network, formed strategic partnerships, and successfully integrated community-based structures such as women’s networks and religious scholar councils to ensure sustainable, locally accepted change.
